AM Electrical Engineers Ltd have recently completed the full Electrical Design & Build project at Iveridge Hall Spa Garden.

AM Electrical Engineers Ltd have recently completed the Design & Build project of the new Iveridge Hall Spa Garden.

On this project we carried out the design & installation of the full electrical package including the following:

• Security systems
• Fire alarm
• Data installations
• Containment installation
• Distribution
• Small power installation
• Earthing and bonding
• Lighting and emergency lighting
• External lighting and lighting control systems
• Mechanical plant power supplies

The electrical design detail on this project was key, due to the existing supply to the current site being deemed inadequate to supply the new Spa facility. We had to facilitate and work in collaboration with Northern Power Grid to complete an incoming supply upgrade, A new main section panel was installed at the site boundary, adjacent the new incoming pole mounted transformer. The new section panel was put in place to supply the new Spa plant room & to re-supply the existing building.

We project managed this change over with strategic detail to ensure there was no disruption to the existing building and the power outage was minimal to ensure the existing site didn’t have to close and potentially loose revenue.  Our electricians played a major part in this by installing the new distribution equipment alongside the existing.

The project included electrical distribution, small power, LED lighting, emergency lighting, life safety systems. All of which has created this stunning Spa. We have had great pleasure working on this scheme which has created one of Leeds’ number one outdoor Spa facility.
